As we previously mentioned in October 2011, the current MI Standards and Core Values have been in place since 2011. However, since that date, there have been a number of changes in charitable sector registration and regulation and community expectations concerning Christian organisations, as well as the membership structure of MI. As a result, the National Leadership Team decided that the existing Statement of Standards and Core Values should be thoroughly reviewed in the light of these changes.

Now, that new MI Standards and Core Values are approved by the National leadership Team, they will come into effect in two stages:

Stage 1:

1 July 2020 for all new applicants of Missions Interlink. New applicants will have to be able to provide the required evidence of the compliance with their application.

Stage 2:

1 July 2021 for existing members and associates to allow you some extra time to work on compliance.
